A 2023 Topps Chrome “breaker’s delight” box (also called a Delight Hobby Breaker Box) is a type of hobby box configuration that features only hits and zero base cards. The product is made for breakers, offering the convenience of getting to the hits quickly and not having to trudge through base cards.

Finding a box is tough on the secondary market. You can always check eBay per the link and image below. For me, I actually found a few breaks via Fanatics Live.

For example, the box contains one single pack of cards and yields 2 autos along, and 6 refractors, along with special parallel cards exclusive to this configuration like a Youthquake insert.

Here is a video from Packman who opens a 2023 Topps Chrome Jumbo, Hobby, and Delight Breaker box. I’ve embedded so the clip begins at the Delight box, and I’ve included a summary of what is included down beneath it.

2023 Topps Chrome Delight Hobby Breaker Format:

  • One 12-card pack per box.
  • Six refractors per box
  • Two on-card autographs per box
  • One “Youth Quake” insert per box
  • Three base numbered parallels per box
  • 12 box cases
  • One Chrome Legend auto per case.

In Packman’s box he pulls:

  • Corbin Caroll “Youth Quake” orange numbered 7/25.
  • Yordan Alvarez green /99
  • David Hensley auto
  • Gunner Henderson black and white mini diamond card auto

Not bad! To compare, here is a video of Hitman Rips and his Breaker box:

In Hitman Rips’ box:

  • Edwin Diaz Pink /350
  • Shane Bieber BW Negative
  • Josh Jung Green Youthquake /99
  • Gunnar Henderson Youthquake
  • Green Wave Chuckie Robinson /199 Auto
  • Drew Waters Auto

So, no Tacofractors, but a cool concept.
