Just when you thought there couldn’t possibly be any other way to sell a baseball card, Topps figured a special assortment built just for breakers.

The 2024 Topps Chrome Breaker’s Delight box (also called a Delight Hobby Breaker Box) is a type of configuration that features “hits” only; meaning zero base cards. Per its name, the product is made for breakers, offering them the convenience of getting to the hits quickly and not having to sift through all of the different base cards found in the typical hobby box.

Finding a box is tough on the secondary market, but of course, you can always check eBay per the link and image below. Or, you can participate in breaks via Fanatics Live.

A 2024 Topps Chrome Breaker’s Delight box contains one single pack of cards and yields 2 autos, 6 refractors, 3 numbered parallels, and one Youthquake insert.

2024 Topps Chrome Delight Hobby Breaker Format:

  • One 12-card pack per box.
  • Six refractors per box
  • Two autographs per box
  • One “Youthquake” insert per box
  • Three base numbered parallels per box

Comparing that to a 2024 Topps Chrome Hobby Box:

  • 24 packs per box, 4 cards per pack
  • One autograph per box
  • 8 base refractors per box (based on 1:3 pack odds)
  • 4 prism refractors per box (based on 1:6 pack odds)

If you’re a set builder and enjoy the traditional experience of opening baseball cards, stick to hobby boxes. If you want to get straight to the hits, and are up for paying more for an additional auto, Breakers’ Delight might be for you.
